How can you be a judge and be entrusted with consistently interpreting law and applying it to a set of facts if you've never been to law school or passed the bar exam? Apparently 35 states allow these types of "judges". Why? There is no shortage of lawyers who could serve as judges.(Cameron Winklevoss)
