WuShuo has learned that Eightco Holdings announced the completion of a $270 million financing plan, including a private placement led by MOZAYYX and a $20 million strategic investment from BitMine Immersion. Eightco will use Worldcoin (WLD) as its primary treasury asset and plans to change its Nasdaq trading symbol to ORBS on September 11.
