Best advice I can give after 5 years of being in this space is to keep yourself busy with things outside of it. Don’t make this your passion. It will burn you out. If you do genuinely enjoy crypto, find ways to stay busy outside of trading & research. The goal is longevity. If you can stay in until blockchain is adopted by the masses (really adopted, not discussions & starting to adopt) your life should change pretty dramatically.
