Jacob Rees Mogg, the son of the author of the Sovereign Individual and former MP. I’ve listened to Rees-Mogg for years talking about the state of the UK economy. But this is the first time I can recall him directly addressing Bitcoin. He immediately compared it to Gold. But struggled with its opacity and mystery. Acknowledged its massive gains and lack of historical data of why he is skeptical. To me this shows connections with “Whitehall” they are not dismissing bitcoin anymore.(James Van Straten)
