WuShuo has learned that the special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) CSLM Digital Asset Acquisition Corp III announced the completion of a $230 million initial public offering (IPO) and was listed on Nasdaq under the ticker KOYNU on August 27. The company plans to pursue mergers and acquisitions with businesses related to digital asset infrastructure in emerging markets, including blockchain, payments, DeFi, custody, and more.
