[Survey Shows One-Quarter of UK Adults Willing to Include Cryptocurrency in Retirement Plans] BlockBeats News, August 27, according to Cointelegraph, the latest survey by insurance company Aviva reveals that 27% of UK adults are willing to include cryptocurrency in their retirement investment portfolios, with 23% even considering withdrawing existing pensions for crypto investments. About one-fifth of respondents indicated that they currently hold or have previously held cryptocurrency, with the 25-34 age group being the most active. While investors are attracted by the potential for high returns, concerns remain over security risks (41%), lack of regulation (37%), and price volatility (30%). The UK proposed a crypto regulatory framework this May, while the US has already allowed 401(k) retirement plans to include cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin. The UK pension market is valued at $5.12 trillion, and opening channels for crypto investments could bring significant capital inflows to the crypto market.
