I know many people in the crypto space are socially anxious and choose remote work, but it’s still important to attend offline events. The biggest issue in crypto is trust, and only the real physical world can build that. No matter the country, it’s always about making friends first, then talking business. Of course, in crypto, it’s like—if someone helped you make money, you trust them. @BroLeonAus said something today that really stuck with me: ‘Build good relationships, spread kindness, and when choosing an investment project, the most important thing is to look at the people behind it.’ No wonder he always finds so many great projects. @Ivantok4 previously wrote about one of the most profitable VC bosses this cycle—super down-to-earth and willing to share. How do you evaluate if a team is good? Start by looking at how the subordinates view their boss. Their entire company seems to genuinely get along and vibe together. Met so many bloggers offline, and there’s so much to learn from them. Like the endlessly energetic @yueya_eth, the one who taught me how to trade U.S. stocks @Rocky_Bitcoin, the stunningly beautiful and hilariously talented @Irenezhao_, the ones constantly building the Sui ecosystem @Rav_Hedda @lianyanshe, the super hardworking Tree姐 @EvaCmore, and the incredibly generous sharer @thecryptoskanda… One day in crypto feels like a year in the real world; things change so fast, and no one knows what the future holds. In the end, investing and trading are all about betting on human nature. SuiRL
