BTC told everyone yesterday that 11.5-11.45k was a good entry point for longs. Last night, it hit a low of 11.46k and started to rebound. Long positions are already in, currently with some floating profit. But for now, it seems like funds are more interested in pumping small-cap altcoins. BTC has been in an outflow state.
