Just because you call bitcoin digital real estate, doesn't make it true. Actual real estate delivers yield and has actual utility. Bitcoin has neither utility nor yield. Gold doesn't have yield, but has utility in electronics, etc. Oil has utility but no yield. That's why people like me call MSTR a ponzi, cause the only thing they do to survive is funnel funds from new investors to pay off old investors. It will inevitably collapse sooner or later, dragging #bitcoin with it (after having pumped it from 10k to 120k to be fair).(Dr. Julian Hosp)
