[Ethereum Foundation Launches First Phase of 'Trillion-Dollar Security' Initiative, Focusing on User Experience and Wallet Standards] According to a report by Jinse Finance, after proposing the 'Trillion-Dollar Security' initiative this May, the Ethereum Foundation announced the first phase of implementation this week, with a focus on enhancing user experience (UX) security, particularly addressing wallet security and blind signing issues. The foundation stated that wallets are the starting point for Ethereum user security; if users cannot securely manage private keys or sign transactions, it will be difficult to ensure the safety of on-chain funds. Moving forward, the foundation aims to establish minimum security standards for wallets and explore ways to make them more accessible for non-technical users. Additionally, the foundation will research converting transaction codes into human-readable descriptions to reduce the risks associated with blind signing. The initiative is co-led by Protocol Security Lead Fredrik Svantes and management team member Josh Stark. In the future, the foundation plans to advance additional priority projects in the security domain in phases, with the ultimate goal of enabling Ethereum to support 'billions of users and trillions of dollars in on-chain capital.'
