The Dow Jones has done absolutely nothing for 5 straight sessions. Flat. Bulls aren't winning. Bears aren't winning. Until we see a decisive breakout or rejection, then we'll have a winner and a clear short-term bias to form an outlook. (Caleb Franzen)
