Sonic Labs has initiated its first governance proposal, planning to expand into the U.S. capital market. The proposal includes launching compliant S-linked ETP/ETF, listing on Nasdaq DAT, supporting the operations of Sonic USA, and providing compliant channels for institutional and retail investors to access S. BitGo has been designated as the custodian for the proposed financial products.
