This is services ex-shelter inflation YoY from the CPI. It's measured at +4.0% YoY as of July 2025, up from +3.8% in June. This metric bottomed in Mar.'25 at +3.3%, when it reached its lowest levels since Oct.'23, and it has been rising ever since. Inflation is accelerating. (Caleb Franzen)
