NASDAQ listed gaming company Snail establishes stablecoin subsidiary Snail Coin and launches strategic digital asset plan According to Golden Finance, Snail, Inc., an independent interactive digital entertainment developer and publisher listed on NASDAQ, announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Snail Coins LLC. The company will serve as an independent entity responsible for the issuance, management, and operation of its US dollar backed stablecoin project, as well as other broader digital asset management plans. In addition, Snail has announced the launch of a strategic digital asset plan to support the capital formation of reserve assets for its stablecoin project.
