Imagine an ICE crypto token issued by ICE. Every time you snitch on an illegal that is successfully deported, you get one token anonymously. Once you have 10 ICE tokens, you can redeem them for one free immigrant work visa good for 5 years. You can give it to an illegal or to anyone else who wants to come here conditional on background checks and no criminal history.
