Vanguard filed for active equity "Wellington" ETFs this morning. Not *the* Wellington fund tho. Fees will be 40bps, 35bps, and 30bps, which will be the highest cost Vgrd ETFs to date. IMO this is win-win for ETFs and Vgrd. Scoop via @kgreifeld (Eric Balchunas)
