The US International Trade Commission has made a final ruling on hexamine double reaction industry damage On August 15, 2025, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the United States voted to make a positive final ruling on anti-dumping and anti subsidy industry damage to hexamine imported from China, determining that the products in question, which were claimed to have engaged in dumping and subsidy practices, had caused substantial obstacles to the establishment of the US industry. Based on the positive final ruling of the US International Trade Commission, the US Department of Commerce will issue anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders on the above-mentioned products. This case mainly involves products under the US Customs code 2933.69.5000. On October 21, 2024, the US Department of Commerce launched an anti-dumping investigation into hexamine imported from China, Germany, India, and Saudi Arabia, as well as an anti subsidy investigation into hexamine imported from China and India. On July 15, 2025, the US Department of Commerce made a final anti-dumping and countervailing ruling on hexamine imported from China. (People's Financial News)
