The 75M ICX burn is over 5x what Shin exploited — and more than 10x what he attempted to run off with. It took five long years to bring this case to a close, but the outcome couldn’t be better. Along the way, we’ve also helped set a strong legal precedent that could benefit other crypto projects and communities in the future. As noted in our blog post, we regret not being able to share more during the proceedings — ongoing litigation comes with limits. Thank you to the community for your patience and understanding.
