Bullish, a cryptocurrency platform, went public on the New York Stock Exchange today with a target valuation of $4.82 billion

Bullish, a cryptocurrency trading platform supported by Peter Thiel, will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange today under the stock code BLSH. The company plans to issue 30 million shares at a price of $32 to $33 per share, with a target valuation of $4.82 billion and an expected maximum fundraising of $990 million. Bullish was launched by Block.one in 2020 and currently holds over $3 billion in liquid assets, including 24000 BTC and 12600 ETH. BlackRock and ARK plan to subscribe for $200 million worth of shares.
