A certain address has withdrawn 21000 ETH from Binance in the past half hour

According to a report by Golden Finance, as monitored by on chain analyst Yu Jin, a certain address has withdrawn 21000 ETH worth $90.16 million from Binance in the past half hour. This address has been continuously withdrawing ETH from Binance since June 22nd when the ETH price was $2280. So far, it has hoarded up to 86001 ETH ($378 million), with an average price of $3023, and now has a floating profit of $120 million.
