Roundhill has filed for a Meme ETF, which is (i'm pretty sure) the first time we've seen a self-Lazarus bc MEME was their ETF and they closed it. Now they trying it again. Normally it's another issuer who ressurects someone else's dead ETF to try it again a la JETS (Eric Balchunas)
