Investors withdraw $20 million from exchange traded funds to bet against the US VIX index

According to a report by Golden Finance, investors withdrew $20 million from exchange traded funds (ETFs) to bet against the US VIX index. Over the past week, ETFs that purchased VIX products to prevent further volatility in the US stock market increased by $15.6 million.
