Holding wallet addresses below 100 BTC accumulates faster than Bitcoin mining speed

Golden Finance reported that according to @ Bitcoin NewsCom, the accumulation rate of 100 wallets with addresses below BTC is faster than that of bitcoin mining. The monthly balance of these wallets has increased by more than 17000 bitcoins, while the mining output of bitcoin in the same period was 13850.
