The giant of thought, the dwarf of action! That's me 🤣 Yesterday, I was filled with joy and thought about completing @ boundless_xyz's silver task, but to this day, I am still stuck in the silver task. Due to the late start of the task, the voting task for 1234 is unlikely to be completed today, and the earliest it can be completed is by refreshing the voting tomorrow. Of course, currently the top 75 on the Yapers list is also out of reach, after all, it's just starting out. I definitely won't be able to make it onto the list in the short term. In addition, there is another node verification task that I wanted to do yesterday. I originally thought my Mac could run this node. I found out that I needed to install dependencies on Ubuntu and thought I had to buy a new server, so I gave myself up. In fact, the task design is quite reasonable, and most participants can also complete it. Mainly because I'm lazy, I'm late in terms of time, otherwise high and low will also get gold. This morning when I woke up, I also saw a tweet posted by @ boundless_xyz, which mentioned the data summary of the mainnet beta version for three weeks. I feel quite impressive, but I also want to explain the data to my brother who doesn't understand. 👀 From a data perspective, there are six indicator items one ️⃣ Total computational load 157.8 trillion cycles This data has surpassed the level of "project" and basically belongs to the category of infrastructure two ️⃣ Number of Prover nodes two thousand one hundred and twenty-nine This means that Boundless networks have already begun to decentralize three ️⃣ The biggest proof 54 billion cycles Can also handle complex projects with ease four ️⃣ Average cost per proof 0 ETH For end users, the cost of blocking is basically completely free five ️⃣ Total amount of community boost 222 ETH Representing the participation and incentive mechanisms of the community in real operation The information conveyed behind these numbers represents that ZK is no longer just a theoretical concept, but has gradually become a universal verification layer under consensus. What @ boundless_xyz is currently doing, in simple terms, is to use The Signal's mechanism to continuously prove on chain activities, and then "trustify" these activities, without relying on centralized verification, trusted hardware, and complete them entirely through community participation+ZK proof. The biggest difference of this system is that it does not serve a single chain, but rather serves as a trust base for multiple chains. Each chain can run with its own logic, but when everyone verifies, they entrust it to a ZK network like Boundless for endorsement, which can reduce the cost of redundant construction. From the @ boundless_xyz data, it can be seen that this is a feasible economic model. For us community users, it at least proves that validation is no longer a private matter between a few nodes, but a matter that everyone can participate in and benefit from.
