Misunderstandings of POW: People think that Bitcoin is a consistency machine built by consuming energy, but excessive energy consumption leads to waste. And the real Bitcoin is to build a complete system, which has to use dissipative structures to construct irreversible time to ensure the decentralized trust of Bitcoin. The key idea of dissipative structure is structure, not dissipative energy waste. Dissipative structure is a type of construction that generates nonlinear irreversible time through disordered emergence. Similar to the phenomenon of "bright spots on pine trees", under infinite input conditions, dissipative structures are bound to undergo abrupt changes in singularities, resulting in the emergence of order in disorder. So the so-called energy consumption of Bitcoin is only a phenomenon of dissipative structure, not the reason for the formation of decentralized trust means, because of the irreversibility of time brought by the dissipative structure system.
