BTCFi project Babylon signs $100 million acquisition agreement with listed company AACG

According to Foresight News, BTCFi project Babylon announced that it has signed an acquisition agreement with NASDAQ listed company ATA Creativity Global (AACG) for a transaction amount of $100 million (including $30 million in cash). This transaction is jointly executed by Baby BTC Strategic Capital and Babylon Foundation.
