The only reason why US CPI isn't at 2% right now, is because of how "housing" is calculated in the CPI measurement. And American tax payers only have J Powell to thank for why the housing market is where it is today and if rates were lowered and the housing market got hot again, CPI would absolutely nuke.(Satoshi Flipper)
