I'm all in on Euro CBDC that is cash, meaning a bearer instrument. There is a plan for off-chain payment, which I don't believe it could work and expect to be dropped silently before the launch. If it is like a bank account (already guaranteed for such amount) and distributed by banks, I honestly can't find a reason to care about. Also if I need to perform KYC/AML it's not "cash".(Sébastien Derivaux)
