These bags, typically used to destroy classified materials, contained documents including the classified annex to John Durham’s final report. That annex, being declassified with help from CIA Director John Ratcliffe, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, AG Pam Bondi, and NSA Director William Hartman, is set to be released by Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley. It reportedly shows U.S. intelligence had credible foreign sources warning that the FBI might push the Trump–Russia narrative — even before launching the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
