Bakkt announces rights issue to raise $75 million to purchase BTC

According to Golden Finance, Bakkt, a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange, plans to issue 746373 shares of Class A common stock (at $10 per share) and 6753627 shares through an underwriting public offering, with a total proceeds of approximately $75 million. The company plans to use the funds to purchase Bitcoin and other digital assets, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
