According to BlockBeats, on July 23rd, European fintech company TRACTIAL (formerly known as BD Multimedia) completed an additional allocation of 9.77 bitcoins, bringing its total holdings to 25.03, with an average purchase cost of 88724 euros (approximately 104286 US dollars) per coin.
