The fourth paradigm plans to issue 25.9 million shares to raise over HKD 1.3 billion for RWA, stablecoins and other fields

On the morning of July 17th, Fourth Paradigm announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on July 17th, 2025 (before the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), the company entered into a subscription agreement with the subscribers. According to this agreement, the subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe, and the company has conditionally agreed to issue a total of 25.9 million subscription shares, with a subscription price of HKD 50.50 per share and a total consideration of approximately HKD 1307950000.
