Everything Blockchain establishes MemeSategy, which plans to submit an S-1 application to the US SEC for listing

Golden Finance reported that Everything Blockchain Inc., an American listed diversified encryption vault and verifier infrastructure company, announced the establishment of MemeStrategy Inc., an independent company that aims to connect Internet Meme with the traditional stock market, and will hold tokens such as PEPE, BONK and SPX6900 at the initial stage of its establishment. Everything Blockchain stated that the company plans to spin off MemeSrategy and submit an S-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and after approval, list it as a fully independent publicly traded company through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
