On July 8, 2025, the Republican Party in the House of Representatives announced that next week would be "Crypto Week" and planned to vote to pass the Genius Act (already passed by Senate 68-30, stablecoin regulatory framework), Stable Act (pushed forward by the House Financial Services Committee), and Clarity Act (market structure, managed by SEC and CFTC).
