Cryptocurrency financing surges to $10 billion in Q2 2025, reaching a new high since early 2022

According to Golden Finance, in the second quarter of 2025, the total amount of cryptocurrency venture capital reached 10.03 billion US dollars, setting a record high since the beginning of 2022, with financing reaching 5.14 billion US dollars in June. Strive Funds, an asset management company founded by American entrepreneur and politician Vivek Ramaswamy, received $750 million in May to establish an "alpha generation" strategy through the purchase of Bitcoin. Twenty One Capital raised $585 million in April, becoming the second largest financing project of the quarter. Securitize ranked third in Q2 2025 with a financing amount of $400 million, followed closely by Kalshi ($185 million), Auradine ($153 million), Zen MEV ($140 million), and Digital Asset ($135 million).
