Connecticut Governor Ned Lam signed into law a rule that bans the state from investing in bitcoin. Governor Lam should show us his investment portfolio & prove he is smart enough to outperform bitcoin. Bitcoin is the new hurdle rate. If you can’t beat it, you have to buy it.
