This is a great update. Only a few thousand people currently have access. So far we’ve had great feedback - high satisfaction and we’ve already helped them feel more confident using Coinbase. Rolling out to more users every week (available to Coinbase One Premium members and high net worth accounts). This is separate from our live support, which is available to all Coinbase customers 24/7 through phone or chat.
