Dialogue with Leaders of State-Owned Enterprises Today I met with leaders of State-Owned Enterprises, vital arms of the government’s commercial machinery to align on national priorities and a renewed focus on delivery. I announced the launch of a National Transformation Programme, to be completed in 12 weeks. Unlike the National Development Plan, this initiative will focus on actionable projects with clear output goals, developed through broad stakeholder engagement. A Project Delivery Unit has been established in the Office of the President to ensure timely execution and accountability.
