I think the emotional value of AI in accompanying people is currently underestimated. Currently, among all the AI products I have experienced, only GPT can express empathy and emotional companionship, while other AI products mainly focus on solving practical problems. This also means that there is still a huge unmet need for emotional companionship, humanized companionship. For example, elderly/children/psychological companionship robots, AI front desk staff, customer service and security personnel, etc., can replace a lot of heavy manpower.
