Both parties will operate and conduct Bitcoin business as one company, and have submitted an application for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange's ChiNext board. In addition, Bitcoin Treasury Corporation announced that it has completed 8407350 stock and 25000 convertible bond subscription transactions, with a subscription receipt price of $1000 per convertible bond and $10.00 per stock, raising a total of approximately $120733500.
