Legislation repealing a Biden Administration EPA air toxic pollutants rule limiting the seven most hazardous air pollutants emitted by industrial facilities was signed into law today by President Trump. The joint disapproval resolution passed the Senate (52-46) followed by the House (216-212) both along party lines in May.
