Pump Fun hires top lawyers to deal with Burwick class action lawsuit According to Protos, Baton Corp, the parent company of Pump Fun, has hired renowned law firm Brown Rudnick to handle the unregistered securities lawsuit initiated by Burwick Law. The legal team includes former SEC advisor Daniel Sachs, business litigation expert Kyle Dorso, and senior crypto lawyer Stephen Palley. Burwick accuses Pump Fun of selling unregistered securities of Gaobo Dong and lacking compliance measures. The case is still in its early stages and a trial date has not yet been set.
