According to Whale Alert monitoring, at 12:41 and 12:42 noon, the USDC issuer USDC Treasury minted 69801539 USDCs (approximately $69.78 million) on Ethereum, almost simultaneously destroying the same amount of USDCs on the Solana chain, indicating that this was a standard cross chain asset migration operation.
