The Ethereum Foundation donates $500000 to Tornado Cash's joint venture Roman Storm to prepare for the July trial

According to Golden Finance, Roman Storm, one of the co founders of Tornado Cash, is raising defense funds for the upcoming trial starting on July 14th in New York, with a target amount of $2 million. The Ethereum Foundation announced a donation of $500000 to support the defense of Roman Storm. The Ethereum Foundation also stated that it will receive an additional donation of up to $750000 from the community.
