Web3 investment company JDI announces full acquisition of blockchain project Moonchain

Odaily Planet Daily News: JDI, a Web3 investment company, announced that it has fully acquired the blockchain project Moonchain. Moonchain was founded by former engineers from Parity Technologies and ZKsync, focusing on blockchain protocols, L2 scaling, and DePIN technology. JDI stated that this acquisition will combine its hardware manufacturing capabilities with Moonchain's technological foundation to advance its layout in the field of decentralized infrastructure. Moonchain plans to launch the first round of hardware gifting (iHO) at the end of June, where users can obtain smart devices connected to the Web3 network by staking tokens.
