Canadian listed company Belgravia Hartford completes its first Bitcoin reserve purchase

According to Golden Finance, Canadian listed company Belgravia Hartford Capital Inc. announced on June 9, 2025, the completion of its first transaction for its Bitcoin reserve strategy. The company has obtained a credit line of up to $5 million from Round13 Digital Asset Fund L.P. and has accepted the first $5 million withdrawal, of which $500000 is used to purchase 4.86152969 bitcoins at an average price of $102848.29 per coin (including all fees and expenses).
