According to Foresight News, HeyElsa, a composable layer of encrypted AI agents, announced the completion of a $3 million financing round, led by M31 Capital, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, MH Ventures, Absolute Digital, Levitate Labs, and others. HeyElsa will use the funds to develop an encrypted AI stack that converts natural language into on chain actions.
