Zebec, a financial infrastructure company, acquires GateNOx, a compliance and identity platform

On June 5th, according to Cointelegraph, financial infrastructure company Zebec Network acquired compliance and identity platform GateNOx in preparation for MiCA and FCA regulatory push. Zebec stated that this transaction will directly introduce localized identity authentication, KYB, and anti money laundering tools into its Web3 payment stack. Zebec plans to utilize GateNOx's technology and register for regulatory oversight through the EU's Crypto Asset Market Regulation (MiCA) and the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the second half of 2025.
