Today I had phone calls with @POTUS and @ZelenskyyUa. Europe is united as Russia continues its war of aggression against Ukraine. The war must end. Ukraine has been constructive in the negotiations. Stronger sanctions are needed from both the US Congress and the European Union to put pressure on Russia. Thank you @LindseyGrahamSC and @SenBlumenthal for the work you do. Our close cooperation between Allies and partners will continue.
