Low leverage shorts or long on @Parcl Real Estate markets that I forget about for a few months has somehow been working out for me Find something with a lower or higher than average funding rate (min 2%) and then take the opposite of it So positive higher funding rate = short negative funding rate % = long That being said now that I've made this posit it's prolly the turning point where I start losing money doing this lol
